Paintless Dent Removal-Terms & Condition
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) requires clean, dry panels and suitable working conditions.
PDR cannot be carried out in rain, wet weather or strong wind, as moisture affects visibility and the safe use of specialised tools and adhesives.
If weather conditions are unsuitable, the service may be rescheduled or, where possible, completed indoors.
Final pricing is based on panel condition and paint integrity and may be adjusted after in-person inspection.
The vehicle must be clean at the time of service to allow accurate assessment and quality results.
Minimum Working Space Required
A minimum clear area of approximately 2–2.5 metres around the vehicle is required to allow correct positioning of tools, lighting and safe access during Paintless Dent Removal.
If sufficient space is not available, the service may need to be rescheduled or completed at an alternative location.

Pricing & Labour Policy
All prices are based on dent size, complexity, panel type and access.
Standard pricing applies where dents can be repaired using glue pulling techniques or existing access points (factory holes, gaps, or openings) without removing trims or vehicle components.
Additional labour charges apply where extra work is required, including but not limited to:
• Removal and refitting of door cards, trims or headliners
• Removal of bumpers, lights, wheels or panels
• Panel removal for stand or bench repair
• Restricted or limited access behind the panel
In Paintless Dent Repair, customers pay for the time and preparation required in addition to the dent repair itself.
Final pricing is always confirmed after inspection or review of photos.
